PayPal can be used at ynique.com to purchase items by Credit Card, Debit Card, or E-Check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account). ynique.com cannot see your card number as it is securely encrypted through PayPal's server. This limits the risk of unauthorized use and access.

- 4. After making a payment, can I change my billing or shipping information?
Once you have placed an order, you should not change your billing or shipping address information. If you want to make a change, please contact our Customer Service at support on our home page as soon as possible during the order processing stage to indicate your request. If the package has not been dispatched yet, we will be able to ship to the new address. However, if the package has already been shipped out, then the shipping information will not be able to be changed while the package is in transit.

- 1. What the delivery company you use?
We have USPS, UPS, EMS, DHL, FedEx, Postal Service, etc.
- 2. How much will be the shipping cost?
It depends on the weight of the package and the shipping method you choose. You can click the "add to cart" button on the products page, and the system will automatically calculate it for you.
- 3. Do you offer free shipping?
No, we are factory offer wholesale business & drop-shipping, we do not offer free shipping. You can select any shipping method available.
- 4. How long does it to take for preparing an order?
If the item is in stock, we will ship it out within 2 working days. If not, we may need 1-7 days to prepare for that.
- 5. How long does it take to deliver it to me?
It depends on the shipping method you choose.
Return & Refund
- 1.What is your return policy?
A. To initiate a return, please contact with sales manager within 3 days.
B. Items must be unworn and unwashed, undamaged, unaltered.
C. Lingerie or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
D. Any returns must be made at your own cost, after return, please write tracking number and website to sales manager.
E. Generally, we will refund within 7 business days after receive return items. Please note that you will still be responsible for any return shipping fees, actual shipping charges and tax for return.
Note: Please don't return goods to the sender address on the package. It is not a return address. Please contact with sales manager to get a return address.
- 2.How to deal with, If the item is defective?
A.If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact with sales manager within 3 days to inform us of the issue.
B. You must add the photo or video of damage/defect item in email.
C. After confirming that the product has quality defects, we will arrange the refund to your original payment method or your ynique account balance without return damaged or defective item.
D. Generally, it will takes 3-5 business days for corfirm and refund.
Note: If we have not receive message or e-mail within 3 days after you receive the parcel, it will no longer qualify for a refund. We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
